Day 3
Nuwara Eliya – Ella
Enjoy one of Sri Lanka’s most scenic hill-country journeys by road or train, subject to ticket availability. Arrive in Ella and relax among mountain views and tea estates.
Day 4
Ella Highlights
Visit Nine Arch Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, Ravana Falls and Ella Gap. Travellers seeking a more challenging hike can add Ella Rock with a suitable local guide.
Day 5
Ella – Demodara – Badulla
Travel through Demodara and see the famous railway loop area before continuing to Badulla. Visit Muthiyangana Temple and explore the town’s local heritage and mountain surroundings.
Day 6
Dunhinda Falls and Badulla Region
Visit Dunhinda Falls, subject to trail and weather conditions. Spend the afternoon discovering local viewpoints, tea country and cultural attractions around Badulla.
Day 7
Badulla – Bandarawela
